This internship will provide exposure to real-world marketing strategies and high-impact client campaigns. You’ll work closely with our team on project management, client communication, and campaign execution, gaining valuable insights into the advertising industry. We are in the middle of launching an AI to govern our client relationships.Responsibilities:

  PAAA offers a training program that breaks down the necessary knowledge verticals for all things related to serious Agency ownership. You will be tasked daily with learning and integrating various software, skills, lessons, and plans of action to achieve our agency's philanthropic goals.  Your assessments will cover  WordPress, GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Engagement, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, OOH Advertising, Graphic Design Principals, Video Editing, Sales Techniques, Funnel Building, Client Engagement, Financial Management, Credit, Employee Relations, Commercial Video Production, Phone Etiquette, Business Ethics, and more.

  Phoenix AZ Ad Agency CEO Jason Kelly is also the Executive Director of the Greater Phoenix Scooter Club, a 501c3. Part of your responsibilities will be to help coordinate this year's annual toy drive, which will support the Foster Alliance. PAAA clients range from children's charities to large-scale automobile plant manufacturing companies.

  We are transitioning and can only train so many people as we scale. Jason loves the movie Emily The Criminal and the scene about the unrealistic unpaid intern expectations shaped future expectations of his people. This is not that opportunity; you will never be asked to work on sales-related projects or other for-profit work for which you should receive compensation.
