Phoenix AZ Ad Agency Launches a Nonprofit Division: A $249 Fundraising Platform for Arizona Nonprofits

We are excited to announce that Phoenix AZ Ad Agency is launching a nonprofit division, and we are stepping up to provide leadership in the fundraising technology space. Starting today, any nonprofit can apply for our program and get our proprietary fundraising platform website, built and hosted by us.

Because of real advancements in technology, we can now offer the whole package, the platform, access to our client portal, and consultation time with me or any of my expert staff during onboarding, within reason, for a flat $249. A build like this is realistically worth somewhere between $10,000 and $12,000, depending on the charity and what it needs. We have tried to build the most extensive platform with the most features we could, and pair it with an easy, white glove setup.

    Who this is for

Some nonprofit support agencies are going to be upset about that price. That is not our concern. Our concern is making sure the nonprofits working on poverty alleviation, hunger and food scarcity, education, housing, foster causes, and human services in general stay at the front of people's minds when small businesses and regular donors decide where to give. That goes for Phoenicians, and for Americans in general.

If your organization is doing that kind of work, this program was built for you.

    What the platform does

Raising money has a lot of moving parts, and most small nonprofits are stitching them together with five different tools and a volunteer who is already worn out. Our platform puts them in one place and simplifies the campaign process, the donation process, and donor tracking and management.

    Here is what it handles:

  1. A live needs board. Post the specific things you need, with photos, so donors can fund a real item instead of a vague general fund.
  2. Give to several needs at once. Donors can pick more than one need and cover them in a single checkout.
  3. Online donations that work on any phone, with no paper forms.
  4. Arizona tax credit support, so donors understand they can give and claim the credit on their state return when your organization qualifies.
  5. Social media integration. It connects with any social media, and needs can be posted to your Facebook page in one click.
  6. Email campaigns with open tracking, which can eliminate most of what you spend on mail services and postage.
  7. Donor tracking and management, so you know who gave, to what, and who to thank.
  8. A staff dashboard to add, update and close out needs without calling a web person.
  9. Impact and volunteer pages that show donors where the money went and give people a way to show up in person.
  10. Pretty much every other part of raising funds is covered too, and we keep adding to it.

    What it costs

The setup is a flat $249. That covers the platform, your client portal, and consultation access to me or my staff during onboarding.

After that there are two monthly tiers:

  11. $49 a month for straight hosting.
  12. $99 a month for hosting plus creative social media, with 14 posts a month made for you.
  13. Both tiers include our client portal, where you can track projects, keep track of your invoices, request services, schedule meetings, submit intakes, and submit support tickets. You always know what is happening and who is working on it.

You can see both plans in our shop.

Get on PayPal Giving Fund now

We are asking every one of our nonprofit partners to start enrolling in PayPal Giving Fund immediately. Enrollment is what lets you raise money through your supporters' social networks on Meta, with donate buttons and birthday fundraisers on Facebook and Instagram. That is where your donors already spend their time, and it can multiply what a single campaign brings in.

Enrollment takes time, so do not wait until you need the money. I wrote a full walkthrough, along with a free fundraising guide, here: Arizona Nonprofits: Get on PayPal Giving Fund Now.

The organizations we already stand with

This division did not come out of nowhere. It comes out of years of doing this work alongside people we believe in.

All Things for the Kingdom. I serve as Chief Technology Officer for All Things for the Kingdom, Inc., and we built their website and donation setup.

Struggle University. I am the technology advisor for Struggle University, and we support their work with technology and marketing.

The Midtown banner project. Together with the Midtown Business Alliance, we designed the artwork for the Midtown neighborhood banner project and donated the design and production management. You can see those banners on the poles up and down Central Avenue.

The Greater Phoenix Scooter Club. I serve as Executive Director and Road Captain of the Greater Phoenix Scooter Club, Inc., and we handle the club's branding, event promotion and social content.

The Foster Alliance. We are proud to partner with The Foster Alliance, which serves children in foster care and the families who say yes to them.

Desert Vista Football. We built dvhsfootball.com for the Desert Vista Football Booster Club. It is another youth nonprofit, and it runs a scaled back version of our fundraising, ticketing and event platforms.

You can see the full list of our roles and projects on our Non-Profits page.
